Med Student Wife Findings...

So I was going around the apartment cleaning yesterday and picking up all the clutter we gather in a week and I began to recognize a pattern in the piles that I was picking up. Just thought I would share a little piece of life living with a med student! I think I counted ten piles of medical books and journals in different places around the house. I just couldn't help but smile; it seemed like everywhere I turned there was another pile! I guess it's all just evidence of how hard my Benny works and how much information he is learning. Pretty amazing actually! There could be much worse things lying around the house =)
I actually love seeing his stethoscope around. Not really sure why. Maybe it makes the fact that he is going to be a doctor in just over a year even more real. And I love the thought of such a nice person like Ben being a doctor. Wait, just over a year...OH MY GOSH! SO CLOSE!
The vitamin scam was not one of them. No worries, your doctors are not being trained by The Reader's Digest, but this doctor is being trained from the Ensign =)
Ben's "I am legit"pass to the hospital.

Haha. What a cutie. Such a smartie.

Snowstorm...and hopefully the last!

We had that dreaded March snowstorm here in Utah last week. Usually there is one more in the midst of all the warm weather as a farewell ode to winter. Let's hope this was it!

View from the back porch. The pics are a little dark cuz it was snowing so hard!

Weekend in Boise

Ben and I decided to go up to Boise this weekend. Ben's buddy from high school Shawn and his wife Chelsey had their little boy on Thursday night so that sealed the deal for making the trip. Their new arrival, Jaxton, is precious! It was so good to see them. And of course, I forgot my camera when we went to visit =( Next time. We had a nice relaxing Saturday and just enjoyed being around family. Here are a few pics.

Our nephew Caleb wanted to learn to take some pictures so we showed and he took this pic and the next two. I'm impressed for an eight-year-old.
Our niece Isabelle. Nice =P

He turned the camera on me!
Ben getting in a little quality time with the nieces and nephews. At one point they were all on his back. Ahh!!
Caleb, Aria, and Zach

Lovely =)
Mid-flight!

It's my belly button. BELLY BUTTON!! It's what's holdin' me to-ge-therrrrr!

Eying the goods =)

Haha. This picture is the perfect synopsis of miss Aria's hilarious personality.
Check out that gun show!
