Ben and I were able to go to California for Christmas this year. We were able to see all of my siblings and spend quite a bit of time with them. It was wonderful to see everyone. Since we are so far away we don't get to see family very often. It was a much needed visit for us. We had a blast; we went up to the snow and sledded twice, played soccer, volleyball, and scram ball (an awesome game), went to the movies, shopped, played lots of games and watched lots of movies, and just enjoyed each others company. Ben was sure happy to be off school for a couple for a couple of weeks and I was happy to have him separated from the books for a while! Thanks to my sister-in-law Rachel, I now have the pictures from our snow outings at Christmastime. We love going up to the snow at Sly Park in California around Christmas. This year we went twice and had a blast! It was such a beautiful day! We missed Jason and Leslie's family though :)
